Peptan^® : a highly bioavailable peptide with clinically proven efficacy

Collagen is the most abundant protein in the human body; at the cutaneous level, it is notably synthesized by the fibroblasts of the dermis. Collagen is a key element of our skin: it contributes to its resistance, elasticity and suppleness. With age, the synthesis of this protein decreases inexorably, and the collagen network becomes fragmented, causing a loss of density and the appearance of wrinkles.

Peptan^® marine collagen peptides have excellent bioavailability: 90% are digested and bioavailable in connective tissue only 4 hours after ingestion.

Oral supplementation with Peptan^® helps maintain the integrity and structure of the collagen network while visibly reducing the signs of aging.

According to a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical study of 106 women aged 45 to 65 years old, there was a 31% decrease in collagen network fragmentation and a 9% increase in collagen density after oral supplementation with 10 g of Peptan^® for 12 weeks¹.
